1. What are your working days/hours?
• Our working days/hours are from Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.2. What day are you closed?
• We're closed every Saturday & Sunday. However, we can accommodate reservation of slots/queries during WEEKDAYS and SUNDAY (1PM - 5PM)3. How do we inquire?
• You may send us a direct message on Instagram by filling up the commission form with the format that can be found on our website (LINK ON BIO), It will serve as your slot. Please wait for our response of confirmation to your slot.4. How many slots do you accept?
• We accept 4 slots per week. We're also open for reservations for the following week.5. How many days does the process take?
• The process of layouts takes 5 to 8 days. However, if our schedule is not so hectic, you can receive your layouts earlier than expected.6. Do you accept RUSH commissions?
• Yes, we do. There is a charge of ₱60 for rush commissions.7. How can we receive our layouts?
• To preserve its quality, we will send all of your layouts in a JPEG or PNG form via Gmail.8. Is there a charge for any revisions?
• Minimal revisions are free of charge. However, if we have already sent your final outputs via Gmail and you want us to revise it again, there will be a revision fee of ₱80.9. Do you offer video editing services?
• Yes, we do. The rate depends on the number of minutes of the video that you want us to edit.10. Can we see samples of the layouts?
• All layout samples are posted on our feed and highlights for references.

1. Please read our FAQS for more information and understand our GUIDELINES to avoid any misunderstanding. If you have any questions our DMs are always open.2. We strictly follow PAYMENT FIRST POLICY. You are required to pay first before we start doing your layouts. We accept a 50% down payment or total price. We are only giving you 24 hours to settle your payments. NO PAYMENT, NO LAYOUTS.3. Once you've send us your commission form, there will be no cancellations. If we have confirmed your slot and you haven't settled your payment within 24 hours, we will give your slot to the next client.4. We also require you to send us an inspo (if you have one) and your choice of color palettes. Also, please give us the complete details once we have already received your request.5. We have the choice to reject your inquiries if we can't do the desired layout you want. We are not PROFESSIONALS. There are things we can do and things we can't.6. Above all, we don't tolerate rude, bogus, and scammer clients. So please refrain from doing these because we give our time and effort to make unique and artistic layouts to satisfy our clients. Let us all be kind and patient with each other.
